Consult PreReads™
Consult PreReads™ is a consulting service that provides a preliminary report of a medical imaging study (synthesized from two separate reports sequentially prepared by two different offshore radiologists) producing a sufficiently detailed report that a U.S. radiologist may consult or utilize to prepare the official final diagnostic report. The report includes references to prior studies, relevant patient clinical information or data requested in the order, extensive measurements of relevant and non-relevant pathology and associated key images.

Consult PreReads™ give radiologists the opportunity to build additional quality and efficiency into their workflow by enlisting additional skilled radiologists to prescreen, select key images, measure and annotate imaging studies, and generate reports.
Our Merge offshore reading consultants are highly qualified and experienced radiologists. Each diagnostic study is reviewed by two radiologists before transmitting an in-depth report and marked key images that comprise the Consult PreRead report. The process takes advantage of relevant prior studies and patient information while the report is designed to include comprehensive analysis and measurements of all clinical findings – whether these findings are relevant or purely incidental to the pre-read request.
