Merge Teleread - How We Work, Service and SupportOur Quality Call Center is available 24/7 to answer your questions, staffed by experienced teleradiology personnel.  Unlike most other teletradiology providers, all orders and images are automated, so the role of the Quality Call Center representatives is focused on acting as the interface for customer needs and communications and providing help desk services. Turnaround Time:
Studies transmitted in the afternoon or evening will be waiting in your pending signature workqueue for final read the following morning.
