Patient Data servers are housed in a tier three data center, the type secure enough to support financial data institutions, to ensure physical security of our data. With a comprehensive solution suite of co-location, managed VPN, managed firewall, managed IPS/IDS and managed router services, our Patient Data Center is a single source for network infrastructure, IP, acceleration, caching and security – all designed to maximize solution performance and security while providing a stable, dependable infrastructure.
Electronic Security:
All of our data transfer is encrypted at the highest level allowed by law. Our electronic security systems and processes are focused in three specific areas:
- Authentication – all users required to have passwords and all activities are audited.
- Access control – Our customer reps are assigned to certain accounts and can only access data of the assigned accounts
- Non-repudiation – When changes are made, they are time and user stamped, providing full auditing capabilities.
